Dr Frank Findeisen, LL.M.

advises leading credit institutions and financial service providers on all aspects of private banking law, i.e. including investment, account management, credit and payment transactions. In these fields, he also has many years of experience as a litigator before national courts and arbitration tribunals. Furthermore, Dr Frank Findeisen advises and represents our clients in all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on copyright law, trademark law and competition law.
