\n Once again in the JUVE Ranking: Ettrich honored in the Central Region <\/h2>\n
\n \t\t\t

We are delighted to once again be listed in the JUVE ranking for the central region – confirmation that we are on the right track.<\/p>\n

The JUVE ranking describes the Central region as a market in transition: while traditional growth transactions remain subdued, demand is growing for specialized advisors who combine operational strength with genuine sector expertise. Frankfurt is developing into an incubator for specialized boutiques, an environment in which we can clearly position ourselves with our focus. <\/p>\n

For Ettrich, JUVE particularly highlights our strength in the defense of consumer and investor claims in mass proceedings. We manage litigation portfolios for financial institutions and industrial companies – from small and medium-sized litigation complexes to large series. For our clients, we are increasingly the operative litigation unit for system-driven mass and series issues – from phishing to enforcement of claims to GDPR. JUVE describes the Central region as increasingly characterized by digital regulation – topics such as DORA and AI governance set the agenda. We support our clients precisely where regulatory complexity meets operational pressure. <\/p>\n

We were particularly pleased with the recommendation by name of Judith Hauser – described by competitors as “quick-thinking and pragmatic” – and of Hendrik Bourguignon in employment law. Many thanks for that! <\/p>\n

At the end of 2025, we strengthened our notary’s office with a new addition: Hannah Henseling is involved in the structuring, preparation and processing of notarial transactions in real estate and corporate law and also advises on inheritance law arrangements – particularly in the area of asset succession. We look forward to expanding this area of advice with her. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

On December 31, 2025, we bid farewell to Dr. Sabine Dieckmann on her well-deserved retirement after more than 13 years as a litigation partner at our firm. Since 2012, she has significantly shaped Ettrich’s litigation practice and led countless complex proceedings to success with impressive persuasiveness and clear determination. Her determined manner was always an asset to her clients, who knew they were in the best hands, and to a team that benefited from her energy and warm manner. We would like to thank Sabine for the time we spent together and wish her all the best for the new chapter in her life. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/span>\n \n \n<\/svg> <\/a>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Hannah Henseling strengthens the notarial department of Ettrich <\/h2>\n
\n \t\t\t

Hannah Henseling joined the Frankfurt law firm Ettrich in December 2025 and advises clients in particular on real estate and corporate law transactions as well as on questions of asset and company succession.<\/p>\n

Hannah was admitted to the bar in 2020. Before joining Ettrich, she first worked at Wendelstein Rechtsanw\u00e4lte and then at McDermott Will & Schulte LLP for over four years. There she advised national and international clients in various areas of real estate law and dealt in particular with the structuring and implementation of real estate-related matters and the drafting of corresponding contracts. One focus of her work was also the support of real estate transactions. <\/p>\n

Based on her experience as a lawyer, Hannah provides clients with practical support in the preparation and implementation of notarial procedures.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n
