Lawyer (m/f/d) Real Estate Law
To strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) in the field of real estate law - with a focus on advising as well as the procedural enforcement and defense of claims.
What you can expect 
- You draft and negotiate rental and lease agreements for real estate.
- They advise on the purchase and sale of real estate.
- They draft and negotiate construction contracts and advise on construction delays, defects and claims for compensation.
- You draft and negotiate brokerage contracts.
- They enforce civil law claims in court or defend against them.
- You manage mandates independently at an early stage in direct client contact.
You bring with you
- Her passion is advising on real estate law.
- Relevant practical experience in commercial tenancy law, condominium law, construction and architectural law, real estate law and/or real estate transactions as well as in litigation.
- At least three years of professional experience as a lawyer.
- Precise way of working, entrepreneurial understanding and enjoy teamwork.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
