Ekkehard Helge Weber

is primarily concerned with litigation. His practice focuses on banking and capital market law as well as commercial law. Ekkehard Weber represents domestic and foreign banks, leasing companies and financial service providers in the defense of claims arising from loan law (including revocations), allegedly incorrect investment advice and general banking law.

He also represents clients in proceedings under the Capital Markets Model Proceedings Act (KapMuG). Over the last fifteen years, he has successfully conducted test cases for various banks. In addition, Ekkehard Weber advises and represents automobile manufacturers in the defense of claims arising from the so-called diesel scandal.
